COURSE MENTAL COACHING INDIVIDUAL
In consultation, we set up a mental coaching program for you alone! The first (Skype)call is free and completely non-binding. Together we will look at what positive effects mental training can have for you and set your goals.
Depending on the goals you choose we will schedule one or more training sessions.
The coaching can be given in Nijverdal or in other locations in the Netherlands. From outside the Netherlands the best way is by Skype.

I sincerely think that every person needs one or more coaches in his life. I’d love to be your coach. But you have to be willing to invest time in yourself. But I’m sure I can train you and give you more (self)insight so that you become the best version of yourself!
